By creating an account or using SipTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use SipTrack. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. SipTrack is intended for use in jurisdictions where the legal drinking age is 21.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You may not create accounts for others or use another person's account.

SipTrack is a personal tracking tool and does NOT provide medical advice. Drink counts, pace calculations, BAC estimates, calorie estimates, and safety warnings are rough approximations and should NEVER be relied upon as accurate measures of intoxication or health impact.
The estimated BAC displayed in SipTrack uses a simplified Widmark formula with average population values. Actual blood alcohol content depends on many factors including body weight, sex, food intake, medications, hydration, metabolism, and tolerance. SipTrack's BAC estimates are NOT a substitute for breathalyzer or blood testing.
NEVER use SipTrack to determine whether you are safe to drive. If you have consumed any alcohol, do not drive. Use a designated driver, rideshare, or public transit.
Safety warnings, hydration reminders, and the "Get a Ride Home" feature (including links to Uber, Lyft, Apple Maps, and the "Phone a Friend" option) are provided as helpful suggestions only. SipTrack is not responsible for ensuring your safety. You are solely responsible for your own well-being and decisions while consuming alcohol.
The emergency contact feature allows YOU to reach out to a contact — SipTrack does not automatically contact anyone on your behalf.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIPTRACK AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This includes but is not limited to: personal injury, property damage, accidents, health consequences, or any outcomes related to alcohol consumption while using the app.
You retain ownership of content you create (selfies, chat messages, photos). By sharing content with friends or in group chats, you grant other group members the ability to view that content.
We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all associated data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
