By creating an account or using SipTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use SipTrack. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. SipTrack is intended for use in jurisdictions where the legal drinking age is 21.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You may not create accounts for others or use another person's account.

SipTrack is a personal tracking tool and does NOT provide medical advice. Drink counts, pace calculations, BAC estimates, calorie estimates, and safety warnings are rough approximations and should NEVER be relied upon as accurate measures of intoxication or health impact.
The estimated BAC displayed in SipTrack uses a simplified Widmark formula with average population values. Actual blood alcohol content depends on many factors including body weight, sex, food intake, medications, hydration, metabolism, and tolerance. SipTrack's BAC estimates are NOT a substitute for breathalyzer or blood testing.
NEVER use SipTrack to determine whether you are safe to drive. If you have consumed any alcohol, do not drive. Use a designated driver, rideshare, or public transit.
Safety warnings, hydration reminders, and the "Get a Ride Home" feature (including links to Uber, Lyft, Apple Maps, and the "Phone a Friend" option) are provided as helpful suggestions only. SipTrack is not responsible for ensuring your safety. You are solely responsible for your own well-being and decisions while consuming alcohol.
The emergency contact feature allows YOU to reach out to a contact — SipTrack does not automatically contact anyone on your behalf.
A very small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to certain flashing lights, patterns, or colour changes — including those that can appear in video games. This can happen to people with no history of seizures or epilepsy.
Some SipTrack party games change the screen's colour or animate quickly. SipTrack limits how fast these changes occur and keeps their brightness consistent, but if you have a photosensitive condition, consult a doctor before playing.
STOP PLAYING IMMEDIATELY and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, loss of awareness, disorientation, or convulsions.
Play in a well-lit room, sit away from the screen, and stop when you feel tired.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIPTRACK AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This includes but is not limited to: personal injury, property damage, accidents, health consequences, or any outcomes related to alcohol consumption while using the app.
You retain ownership of content you create (selfies, chat messages, photos). By sharing content with friends or in group chats, you grant other group members the ability to view that content.
THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT OR ABUSIVE USERS. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that depicts or encourages dangerous drinking.
Every report is reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms is removed without notice, and the accounts responsible are suspended or permanently ejected from SipTrack.
You can report any content or user from the ⋯ menu wherever it appears, and you can block any user, which removes them from your feed, map, chats and friends list in both directions.
Deals, prices, times and opening hours in SipTrack come from venues' own websites, public listings and other users. Venues change them without telling us, so a deal may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm with the venue before you go. Prices shown do not include tax or tip.
SipTrack is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the venues it lists, and we are not responsible for a venue's prices, service or decision not to honour a deal. If you see a wrong deal, tap "Is this right?" to report it.
If you add a deal, it must be real and current, and you must not add deals for a venue to promote it unless you are its owner and say so. We may edit or remove any deal.
SipTrack Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your SipTrack account does not cancel it.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all associated data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
